ABOUT US AND OUR FAMILY: We are a family run company that resides in Sweden, New York. We have two children, two dogs, and one rabbit. Our pets are members of our family and we know how challenging it can be to leave your pet when you leave for work or while vacationing. We want to provide you and your pet with peace of mind knowing that your pet is happy at home and getting the best care possible.

ABOUT NICKY: Currently, I am pursuing a M.S. in School Psychology at Roberts Wesleyan College. I also have an interest in training working dogs and am
training Skova, one of our German Shepherds to be a Search and Rescue dog. In addition, I have taken our lab/collie mix, Sedona, to nursing homes to visit with the residents as a therapy dog. In the past, I have owned dogs, rabbits, reptiles (a black roughed neck monitor, in particular), rats, fish, and mice. I have had experience with some farm animals and exotic pets. I have experience working in a veterinarian's office and also have experience giving dogs medications (insulin shots). I am an avid animal lover and am looking forward to caring for your pet.

ABOUT RORY: I am a clinical project manager at the University of Rochester where I manage drug studies in neurological disorders. I will be working for our business on the off hours. I grew up with dogs, cats, sheep, iguanas, fish, rabbits, guinea pigs, birds, and hamsters. With so many different kinds of pets, I learned a lot about their needs and what makes them happy!
