How do I initiate services?
Simple. First call or e-mail us and we will set up a time that is convenient for a free in-home consultation. During the consultation we will:
*Meet your pet(s)
*Gather important information (i.e., contact information), sign some papers, and tell us any important information and discuss any special requests and/or needs.
*Develop a plan of action including the number of visits per day, how long, and what services you will need. We will also need to see your pet's vaccination records (rabies), if applicable.
*Obtain a door key

What can I do to prepare for our consultation?
You can fill out forms ahead of time (we can mail it out or send them to your e-mail address).

How will you be sure my key is kept safe?
Your key will be kept in a safe and secure lock-box. In addition, your personal information will not be with your key. Rather, keys will be coded in a way that only we are aware of.

I work everyday and feel guilty about leaving my pet for such long hours. How can you help?
We are available to visit your home and walk your dog or take your dog outback for a game of fetch. If you have another kind of pet that requires care while you are gone during the day, just call and ask and we will be happy to help.

When time of day do you make visits?
The time of day we will visit depends largely on your schedule, your pet's routine, and our availability. The time can range from 6-8:30 for morning visits, 11:30-1:30 for afternoon visits, and 6:00-9:00 for night visits. It is important to note that these are tentative times that depends on the previously mentioned factors.
